    Consumers Open Up to Gene Edited Foods

    Consumers are beginning to understand the benefits of gene edited and other technology-enabled foods and are becoming more open to them. With gene editing, we can create healthier and more sustainable food sources. Gene edited foods offer many benefits for consumers, producers, and the environment alike.
     

    Recently our own Megan Thomas spoke about what Pairwise has learned about the consumer acceptance of gene edited food at the American Seed Trade Association’s Vegetable and Flower Conference (ASTA). Our first products -- flavorful, nutrient-dense salad greens called Conscious™ Greens -- will be available in select grocery stores and restaurants later this year.
