Science, Innovation and Incentives Will Transform Global Diets and Food Systems

What does the future look like for our food system? How will we feed 9 billion people by 2050?

The UN estimates that by 2050, the population will reach 9.7 billion. This means that we will need to produce 70% more food than today to meet everyone’s nutritional needs. (UN News)

To achieve this goal, we must change the way we eat. In order to do this, we need to rethink the entire concept of agriculture.
